The work starts from the anesthesia side of the room.
Clark is building Anesloop from the operating reality of a multi-specialty ASC: a small footprint, a full case schedule, and a long chain of handoffs that still has to stay coherent.
The product is an operations layer around the chart of record, shaped by the questions that matter before the first case and the follow-up that still matters after it ends.
